Tadreej does not wait for talent to locate it. The Scouting Network spans university liaisons at 15-20 universities, contacts within Pakistan's 2.3 million-strong freelance economy, diaspora scouts across Sydney, London, Toronto, Dubai, and Silicon Valley, and field contacts working with NGOs, agricultural extension services, and community organisations in every province. This is not a pipeline strategy. It is a justice commitment: the acknowledgement that intellectual potential is distributed equally across Pakistan's population, while access to the conditions that allow it to develop is not.
