Problem Discovery Engine

Every programme Tadreej runs begins with identifying the right questions rather than funding convenient answers. The Problem Discovery Engine is a structured annual Delphi process combining three knowledge streams: the lived experience of practitioners and communities, the analytical capability of researchers and academics, and the evidence of national data. The output of each annual cycle is published as an open-access report — the 'State of Pakistan's Problems' — a public good regardless of what Tadreej subsequently builds around it.
