Disposition 02
Resilience
استقامت
The ability to encounter difficulty, failure, and discomfort — intellectual, emotional, and physical — and to continue rather than withdraw. Resilience is not stoicism or suppression of pain; it is the settled understanding that difficulty is the medium through which growth occurs.
Without It
The person gives up at the first point of difficulty, avoids unfamiliar territory, and interprets confusion as evidence of inadequacy rather than a normal stage of learning.
